굽은등 관리

굽은 등은 컴퓨터 작업을 많이 하는 직장인들과 팔을 많이
사용하는 근로자, 장시간 같은 자세로 공부하는 학생들에게
많이 나타납니다.
전신의 체형과 척추를 구부정하게
전만(앞 방향) 시키며 좌우로 휘어지고 비틀어지게 만드는
체형 불균형 증상입니다.
정상적인 척추는 옆에서 바라보았을 때 경추부(몰 쪽)와
요추부(허리 쪽)는 앞으로 볼록 나온 모양(전 만곡)을, 흉추
뷰(가슴 쪽)와 천추부(엉덩이쪽)는 뒤로 흰 모양(후만곡)을

lessen burden on the upper body.

better to eat meals at a table than on the floor.
